Access ASPIRE 2B

Access to ASPIRE 2B is via an SSH (Secure Shell) client to the login nodes. If you do not have an SSH client yet, see Choose Your SSH Client.

Access Instructions

  1. Launch the Check Point VPN client. If you do not have the Check Point VPN client installed, refer to the VPN guides in the Collection of ASPIRE 2B User Guides.

  2. Using the Check Point VPN client, connect to vpn2.nscc.sg (DUO 2FA authentication required).

  3. Run the following command from your chosen terminal tool. Replace <userid> with your NSCC user ID.

    ssh <userid>@aspire2b.nscc.sg

Internet access is by whitelist only

Outbound internet access is currently restricted to whitelisted URLs or domains. To request that a URL or domain be whitelisted, contact the NSCC Service Desk.
